In 2006, three Model 602 H2OGym Underwater Treadmill/Cycles were donated by the Indian River County Health Department's Heart 2 Heart program in collaboration with the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners, Gifford Front Porch Council and Community Residents.
These Treadmill/Cycles are used in the Indian River County Pool in
Vero Beach, Florida for exercise and cardiac health.

An insurance company in Florida purchased a Model 601 underwater Treadmill for a client for use in their backyard pool for rehabilitation following a tragic accident in 2008.
In 2011, a Model 606 Flip 'n Go Underwater Treadmill was purchased for a group in Louisiana specifically donated for working with people with Diabetes.
In 2008, The Lone Star Chapter of the MS Society obtained donations for two Model 606 Flip 'n Go Treadmills for the MS(multiple sclerosis) Aquatic Exercise group at the New Braunfels YMCA in New Braunfels, Texas.
In 2011, The Arthritis Society of Canada obtained two Model 608 Flip 'n Go Aquatic Steppers for increasing the mobility of people with arthritis.
 They have seen significant improvements.
