H2O Gym products are for use in plaster, concrete, tile or other hard surface pools.  Check with the manufacturer of PVC liners for commercial pools. Commercial pools with installed PVC membrane liners are successfully using the H2OGym products. Fiberglass or other pools must be properly installed, maintained and fully supported. H2O Gym products are NOT recommended for vinyl liner pools.

 

Most weight bearing supporting parts– Handrails, Rollers, Structural Rails–  are made of non-corrosive 304 Stainless Steel– Built for Commercial, Heavy Duty Workouts. No Aluminum. 

 

Warranty-

One year replacement of parts only for manufacturers defects. No warranty coverage for abuse or damage other than manufacturer’s defects. Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear on belts or elastomeric parts. Equipment longevity requires proper water chemistry, proper pool and equipment bonding and minimal cleaning and maintenance.

Suggested maintenance-

H2OGym equipment should be removed from the water and checked/inspected and rinsed with fresh water at regular intervals. The minimum interval is every month, although shorter intervals may be required. Shorter intervals should be determined by the facility managers to maintain safety and cleanliness of the product.

 

Cleaning– simply rinse with fresh water. If there are spots on the stainless that require additional cleaning, we suggest “Bar Keeper’s Friend” available at most grocery and discount stores in the cleaning supplies section. Stubborn spots can be cleaned with a cloth, “scotchbrite pad” or a plastic brush.
